Q:  I don't know anything about running a website.  Can I do this?

A:  Yes!  Your website comes preloaded with everything that you need to start making money.  All you need to do is set up a few free accounts and we'll take care of the rest.  If you choose to host your website at the hosting company we use, we'll even transfer the files over for you.  You website runs by itself.  After a while you may choose to expand it or modify it, but that can easily be done with an HTML editor.

Q:  What's the bottom line?  What's it really going to cost me?

A:  Aside from the cost of the website, you'll need to pay for your yearly domain registration (usually under $10). That’s it!

Q:  Are you sure that there are no hidden charges?

A:  No, there are no hidden charges.  Everything mentioned comes included with your website.

Q:  Do I have to host with you?

A:  No, you can host your new website with whatever company you want.  If you don’t want us to host the site for you we’ll provide you with a zipped file and you can host the site wherever you want.

Q:  If I don't use your web hosting company can you still load my website for me?

A:  Unfortunately, no.  We can do that with our web provider, but every web host is different.  It would be nearly impossible for us to figure out how each host works.  What we can do for you is to provide you with a zipped folder that has all of your website files.  You can then upload them to your own web host.

Q:  How long does it take for me to get my website?

A:  That depends.  Generally, we try to have your website ready for you within 48 hours of receiving your information.  However, there are various factors involved in getting your website ready.  You first have to apply for your free accounts and, depending on their backlog, that can be instantaneously or a matter of a few days.  If you choose to host elsewhere, we also have to point your domain name servers to the web host and that can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days.

Q:  Name servers?  What the heck are name servers?

A:  Name servers, or more appropriately domain name servers (DNS), are what your web hosting company uses to identify itself to the rest of the Internet.  At your domain name registration point you simply tell the domain registrar where you want your website hosted by pointing the domain name server to your web host's address (which your web host will provide to you).  It's really quite simple.  Again, if your hosting with us it won’t be a problem for you.

Q:  What happens after I win the auction?

A:  After you pay for the auction you'll receive a welcome packet from us.  In that packet will be all of the information you need to get going.  Once you receive your packet you'll want to get busy setting up the necessary accounts so that you can get that information back to us.  Once we have that we'll get your website up and running for you.

Q:  What if I don't like the website?  Can I get a refund?

A:  Unfortunately, no.  All sales are final.  We have certain costs involved in getting this site prepared so we can't just take it back.  However, the website is up and running and we highly encourage you to visit the site and check it out.  See if it's something that you like and want to do before you make your purchase.

Q:  Are the accounts free? Are they hard to open?

A:  All the accounts that we ask you to open up are free, at least as of this writing. Most are very easy to open. Just fill out a form and you're ready to go. There are a couple of accounts that we may ask you to open that are more difficult.

Google AdSense and eBay Parnter Network can be difficult to open. Both of these accounts can take a while for approval, up to a couple of weeks, and approval is not guaranteed.

If you are not approved for an account we can substitute other income streams or remove the ads, at our discretion. Please note that we cannot refund your purchase price if you are not approved for an account, regardless of the reason why. We will try our best to get you approved and/or fix the problem, but we cannot guarantee approval. See below for what we can do to help.

Q:  What if I'm not approved for an account?

A:  That almost never happens, but if it does we'll do a work around for you.  We can substitute ads from various advertisers to replace ones for which you weren't approved.  Remember, we want you to be happy with your new website.  We'll do whatever we can to make it work for you.

Q:  Is this a custom website?

A: We created this website ourselves using some basic frame templates.  It was not made with one of those downloaded templates that you see online, so there are not thousands of them out there.  However, it is not a custom website, much in the same way that a suit from a department store is not a tailored suit.  That's not to say it's not a nice suit, there's just a few of them out there.

Because each website has its own unique domain name and customized header and html, you could say that it is customized, but that's not exactly accurate.  This website is reused and resold periodically with a different domain name attached.  However, that's why it doesn't sell for thousands of dollars.

Using the suit analogy, you can spend a lot of money on a custom tailored suit or you can buy off the rack for a lot less.  But even if you buy off the rack, chances are you won't see someone with the same suit because there are so many to choose from.  It's the same with us.  We do periodically resell the template under a different name, but chances are your customers won't bump into it on the web.

Q:  Can we resell the website?

A:  Yes, provided that the website is sold intact along with the domain name that was included with it.  You may not make copies of the website, whether for personal use or for resale.  Doing so would constitute a violation of our copyright.
